The free access to media within the library of art academy weißenssee kunsthochschule berlin is based on the currently valid library regulations.
We attempt to improve the access to provided literature continuosly. So the digitalization of elder inventory groups is in progress currently. Therefore the online catalog doesn't contain all items yet. (2016: about 60% of total media in stock were digitized). For enquiries regarding the specific availability of required media we kindly ask you to contact our library staff. They will also help entitled library users to lend and extend media (only for members of our art academy).
Lending period for books amounts 28, for journals 14 and for audio-visual media 7 calendar days. We ask you to extend the loan period for borrowed items in time, to avoid overdue fines. Further fees will be charged only in case of damage or loss of media (applicable fees). |
